• Agree to chapter rules

• Will keep the chapter activities non-commercial

• Will find speakers who can present based on the need of members

• Will find venue to organize meetings

• Will organize at least quarterly meetings

If you don't find any local chapter in your area from Local Chapter section, request to send chapter development kit at chapters <at> oissg <dot> org with your CV
